A practical workshop for new and advanced street photographers
Street photography is often taught as a search for decisive moments, interesting characters and visual surprises. This workshop takes a different approach. Inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s discipline of observation, participants will learn how to slow down, widen their attention and discover relationships between people, architecture, light, movement and space. Through a series of practical exercises in the streets of Rome, we will explore how to move beyond habitual ways of seeing and create more personal, thoughtful and visually complex photographs.
